Vinyasa Yoga

Steady and controlled breathing is at the heart of a vinyasa yoga practice. Flowing through a creative sequence of poses, always moving with the breath, warms the body and heightens awareness. The practice is balanced with static holds for delving deeper into poses. Core exercises and balancing asanas cultivate focus and bring you to your center. Restful poses allow you to stretch deeply and let go of stress.

With clear instruction at every step of the way, and options to stay with basic foundations or find new depth, Vinyasa is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Come and treat yourself to a class!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is, some say, the original asana. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body time to increase circulation in connective tissues. In these gentle, non-muscular asanas, energy meridians throughout the body are stimulated, making the effects of this practice similar to acupuncture or acupressure treatments.

Yin Yoga can go as deep as you want it to. Whether you are working on your connective tissues to help with sport, releasing tension via meditation and gentle motion or digging deeper into yogic practice, Yin Yoga is probably a good fit for your balanced lifestyle.

Sarah brings 15 years of experience and her endless enthusiasm to her students. As a gently (or not so gently - you choose) encouraging coach, she'll help you find your happy yoga place.
