Increase employee productivity by offering yoga on-site at your company. Yoga improves mental and physical well-being by stimulating blood flow, improving posture and reducing stress. Workplace yoga can be a morale booster and a team building activity.

Your conference room, cafeteria or gymnasium can become a yoga studio. Classes can be vigorous or gentle, whichever style suits your employees' needs.

Classes can be held before work, during the day (lunch hour? siesta?) or after work. 45, 60 and 75 minute sessions are available, from 7am to 7pm.
