Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a broad term describing the physical practice of yoga. Traditionally there are 8 limbs of the yoga practice. Hatha is one aspect of the total practice, with an emphasis on learning to master the physical body.
Sarah's Hatha classes bring focus to breath and body awareness, leading to mental clarity and greater understanding of subtle variations within poses. Sarah combines the meditative aspect of intention-setting with a playful approach to working with the body and encouragement to learn something new in each class.
